Design second.
Every engagement runs the same three phases. Nothing gets built until the phase before it is approved.
Positioning work before anything gets designed. We run individual surveys with each partner, map the competitive landscape, and produce a positioning statement, messaging framework, and brand voice document. All three partners align on strategy before Phase 02 begins. Nothing gets designed without a strategic checkpoint sign-off.
Logo system, color palette, typography, and the visual language that makes the firm look as good as it actually is. Tier 01 presents one direction. Tiers 02 and 03 present two. Either way, the direction we show is the one we believe in — the process isn't about options, it's about confidence.
Custom Framer build. New homepage architecture built around the positioning from Phase 01. Copy that filters the right prospects in. Visual execution from Phase 02. Tier 02 adds an email template system for Constant Contact. Tier 03 adds printed collateral, a social brand kit, and a brand voice document.
