You don't need
a new designer.
You need continuity.
The brand system we built together — the arch-reflection mark, the three palette modes, the grid system, the voice behind every line of copy — exists because we spent months in the same creative conversation. No one else has that context. No one else built it.
The rollout you're planning — LinkedIn, website, headshots, templates, apparel, the hype video — is a 6-month execution problem. Every piece needs to look like it came from the same hand. The retainer model exists to make sure it does.
Project-based work rushes. Retainers build. At the pace IronBridge is growing, that distinction matters.
This is a starting point — not a fixed contract. The scope below reflects what came directly out of our conversation, but every deliverable, timeline, and sequence is open for discussion. If something doesn't fit where it's placed, we move it.
Rollout Infrastructure + Web Discovery
People & Presence + Web Design
Collateral, Culture + Web Development
Web is a 3-month process — discovery, design, and development each get a dedicated phase across the retainer. It runs in parallel with the other brand deliverables so nothing holds anything else up. By month three, the site is live at the same moment everything else is ready to announce.
Brand Stewardship
Once the build-out is complete, the retainer shifts to ongoing stewardship — website maintenance and updates, new advisor brand onboarding, rollout video production, and quarterly brand consistency audits.
3-month minimum. Invoiced monthly at the start of each month. Motion graphics and web development subcontracting billed at cost plus 25%.
The brand identity project that produced the logo, color system, presentation, and initial mock-ups was $8,000. The retainer delivers a full brand rollout — and a complete website redesign — at a monthly rate that reflects a long-term partnership, not a project fee.
