Brand Partnership Proposal

The next chapter of IronBridge.

A proposal for ongoing brand partnership — from the designer who already knows what this brand is built to become.

01 — Why This Model

You don't need
a new designer.

You need continuity.

The brand system we built together — the arch-reflection mark, the three palette modes, the grid system, the voice behind every line of copy — exists because we spent months in the same creative conversation. No one else has that context. No one else built it.

The rollout you're planning — LinkedIn, website, headshots, templates, apparel, the hype video — is a 6-month execution problem. Every piece needs to look like it came from the same hand. The retainer model exists to make sure it does.

Project-based work rushes. Retainers build. At the pace IronBridge is growing, that distinction matters.

02 — What's IncludedMonths 1–3

This is a starting point — not a fixed contract. The scope below reflects what came directly out of our conversation, but every deliverable, timeline, and sequence is open for discussion. If something doesn't fit where it's placed, we move it.

Month 01

Rollout Infrastructure + Web Discovery

LinkedIn Company Page System

10 seed posts written and designed. Three template types: stats, copy-heavy, announcement. Ready to schedule before the full brand rollout.

Reserve Palette Refinement

The hour-long version gets a proper session. Matte black and antique gold, executed at the same standard as Core and Live.

Email Signature System

Every advisor. Same system. Consistent across every email that leaves the firm from day one of the rollout.

Web — Discovery & Architecture

Website audit, sitemap, content structure, and page-by-page brief. Every decision made before a single design file is opened.

Month 02

People & Presence + Web Design

AI-Enhanced Team Headshots

Uniform background, consistent framing and lighting. Every advisor on the website looking like they belong to the same firm.

Employee Spotlight Template

One clean, reusable template built for the company LinkedIn. Ready to populate and schedule without starting from scratch each time.

Branded Bills Hat Mock-up

IronBridge mark on the hat. Core purple and Live palette colorways. Production-ready files delivered after mock-up approval.

Web — Full Design

All pages designed in Figma against the IronBridge brand system. Copy, layout, imagery, and component system locked before development begins.

Month 03

Collateral, Culture + Web Development

Apparel Mock-ups

Pullover and jacket in Core and Live palette. The culture artifact that makes people feel the brand before the public rollout.

Master Presentation Deck

IronBridge-branded slide template every advisor can use. Consistent across the firm — not just plugged-in colors.

Charitable Giving Template

DEA Survivors Golf Tournament is the first live example. The template carries forward for every cause IronBridge shows up for.

Web — Development & Launch

Site built, QA'd, and launched. SEO foundations, mobile, and performance all dialed before go-live. Paired with the full brand rollout announcement.

Note on Web Design & Development

Web is a 3-month process — discovery, design, and development each get a dedicated phase across the retainer. It runs in parallel with the other brand deliverables so nothing holds anything else up. By month three, the site is live at the same moment everything else is ready to announce.

Month 4 and beyond

Brand Stewardship

Once the build-out is complete, the retainer shifts to ongoing stewardship — website maintenance and updates, new advisor brand onboarding, rollout video production, and quarterly brand consistency audits.

03 — Investment
$4,000/mo

3-month minimum. Invoiced monthly at the start of each month. Motion graphics and web development subcontracting billed at cost plus 25%.

Commitment3 months minimum
BillingMonthly, start of month
CallsBi-weekly standing call
RevisionsUnlimited on active work

The brand identity project that produced the logo, color system, presentation, and initial mock-ups was $8,000. The retainer delivers a full brand rollout — and a complete website redesign — at a monthly rate that reflects a long-term partnership, not a project fee.

04 — Next Steps

If this feels right, you already know what to do.

Reply to the email that brought you here, or call me directly. We'll agree on a start date, talk through any adjustments to the scope, and I'll send a simple retainer agreement. No long contract — just a commitment to build this right.
