Childfree Trust
Childfree Trust came to Finart with a brand that was doing them harm. The visual identity was tied to its parent company's corporate palette, the archetype was undefined, and the messaging talked to nobody in particular. We fixed the positioning before we touched the design — and the whole brand followed.

FIG. 01
The stated problem ■
"We're tied to the Childfree Wealth parent brand and need our own identity."
What we found ■
They had a service category that didn't exist yet — professional next-of-kin representation — and no language or visual framework to explain it without either sounding clinical (estate planning) or alarming (end of life). The brand had to make a deeply uncomfortable topic feel safe enough to buy.
The decision ■
Anchor everything to "The Beloved" archetype — and deliberately refuse to lead with the legal/technical service layer. We chose warmth over credibility as the entry point, trusting that credibility would follow. We did NOT build around the POA/Trustee/Executor language up front. We did NOT try to look like a fintech or legal services brand.
What we built ■
A brand system that makes strangers feel like they've already been taken care of. A visual identity that telegraphs warmth before it telegraphs competence — so a 62-year-old without family support feels welcomed, not processed. A naming and copy architecture that reframes "no next of kin" from a gap into a choice worth protecting.
After ■
"Your wishes, protected 24/7"
What we didn't do ■
Make them sound generic.
