The Stated Problem
"We need a better client experience on the website." Kyle didn't want a rebrand — he wanted a UI refresh. Keep the brand as-is, make the site feel sharper. The website was already his most important sales tool: he doesn't use slides or decks. The site is the presentation.
What We Found
A solid foundation doing more work than its design supported. The methodology, the message, the brand were already in place. What was missing was the execution: a site that moved the way Kyle talks, carried his system cleanly, and felt like a premium financial firm instead of a template. The job wasn't to rethink the business. It was to build the interface that business deserved.
The Decision
Build it all from the ground up, and don't stop at the website. The easy version of this project was a page-by-page reskin: drop the existing content into nicer layouts and call it done. The call was to not do that. Every page, every layout, every section was designed from scratch, and the system was built to extend past the screen, so the brand holds whether a prospect meets it on the homepage or across the table holding a booklet.
What We Built
A complete website, authored end to end. Every page, every layout, every section designed from scratch, not adapted from a template. A design system built around the Retire Ready Roadmap™, giving Kyle's signature framework a visual identity that's his and no one else's. A full suite of physical deliverables, including booklets, white papers, business cards, and supporting collateral, so the brand carries past the website and shows up consistently wherever a client meets it. One coherent system, online and in hand.
