Diagnose.

Before we design anything, we tell you what’s actually broken.

Five weeks

Most advisor brands fail the Cover Your Logo test before the meeting starts. The homepage describes financial planning, the about page describes the team. None of it describes the firm. Most firms have grown anyway. That’s what makes it easy to ignore. Most advisors arrive about 80 percent sure of who they are. The audit is for the 20 percent a stranger actually sees. Phase 01 produces a written verdict: what’s recoverable, what isn’t, and what the firm is actually competing on.

DIAGNOSIS BEFORE DESIGN

Most rebrands start with a mood board. Ours starts with three questions. What’s actually true about your firm. What your clients say when they describe you, in their words, not yours. And what every other firm in your market looks like, so we know exactly what to stop resembling. Where those three overlap is the only brand worth building: the one that’s still yours when we cover the logo.

02

Position.

Strategy isn’t a deck. It’s a decision the firm has to be willing to make.

Two to three weeks

You know who you want to work with. Phase 02 puts it into words: a one-page Positioning Brief. Who the firm is for. Who it isn’t for. What it stands for. How it talks. The firm, not the founder: the page has to hold true when you are not in the room. If leadership can’t agree on that one page, no design will fix it. So design doesn’t start until they can. Every decision maker swipes the deck before we meet. If their reads disagree, we know what to settle in the room.

Design & Build.

The strategy becomes a system. Built by specialists. Directed by one strategist.

Seven to eight weeks

Phase 03 is where the identity, the website, and the messaging get made. If you run a remote firm, your website is the front office. I direct the work, with vetted, named partners: Framer specialists, writers, motion designers. One point of contact. A system that holds together. A website that ships.

Strategic checkpoint

No visual work begins until positioning is approved. Cover the logo. If the homepage could belong to any RIA in America, the positioning has failed.

Ongoing Partnership

A brand is a decision. Operating it is a discipline.

It’s 9am on a Monday. You want to prep for client meetings, not figure out why an update broke your footer. The Partnership means someone to call: site maintenance and updates, a quarterly brand review, and the marketing that keeps leads coming. It runs the system you already built. It doesn’t sell you a new one.

Questions.

01

How long does the Flagship take?

Twelve to sixteen weeks, in three phases: diagnose, position, then design and build. No visual work begins until positioning is approved.

02

What happens after the site launches?

The site is the first piece. The support after it is the rest: updates, maintenance, someone to call. Ongoing partnership is part of the engagement, not an upsell.

03

What does an engagement cost?

Flat. Scoped to your firm, tied to value, never to hours. You’ll know the number before anything begins.

04

Do I need a full rebrand, or just a website?

You don’t have to know. That’s what the first call is for. We look at your site together, I tell you what I’d fix first, and you leave knowing what you actually need, whether you hire me or not.

05

I’m a solo advisor. Is this for me?

The Flagship is built for firms that have hired advisors past the founder. If you are still the only advisor in the firm, the Breakaway is the same thinking sized for your stage.

Next

Stop being interchangeable.

Most advisors call at an inflection point: the firm has grown, the words haven’t caught up. Start with a 30-minute call with a former advisor. I’ll tell you whether the engagement is right for you, or whether you need someone else. Either answer is honest.
